Do I need to be “struggling” to work with you?

Not at all. Some people come to Auntie in crisis. Others come because they want to be more organized, more confident, or more intentional. You don’t have to be overwhelmed to benefit from support—you just have to be ready to grow.

What’s the difference between coaching and the College Auntie community?

Coaching is 1:1, personalized support focused on your specific goals or situation.
The community is a shared space for encouragement, learning, and connection—where you can grow alongside others who get it. Many students choose both.

What’s the difference between an academic integrity 1:1 session and a video response?

A 1:1 session is best if you want real-time conversation and deeper support.

A video response is great if you need quick clarity and guidance on your own schedule. Both are personalized—just different formats.

Do you work with parents or families?

My services are primarily student-centered, but parents and families are welcome to reach out with general questions or to better understand how to support their student. Coaching sessions, however, are designed to center the student’s voice and growth.

Are your services only for undergraduates?

No. While many of the students I support are undergraduates, my work also supports graduate students, recent alumni, and professionals who want stronger systems, clarity, and confidence.

Is College Auntie therapy or counseling?

No. College Auntie provides coaching, education, and strategy, not therapy or clinical mental health services. If a student needs therapeutic support, I’ll encourage them to seek appropriate campus or professional resources.
